Local Delivery: We currently offer free delivery within the Sydney Metro area on orders over $350. Orders under $350 have a $25 delivery charge. 

Australia-Wide Delivery: For delivery outside the Sydney Metro area, your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

Eco-Rug Range: Because our Eco-Rugs are imported from Belgium and are often made-to-order, they require specialised care during transit. To ensure your unique piece arrives in perfect condition, and to secure the fairest delivery rate for your location without any flat-rate markups, delivery costs and timelines are calculated via a bespoke quote.

Pre-Order: We offer a pre order products. This allows us to control waste and react to what customers are ordering ahead of time. We anticipate these products being delivered in 5+ weeks timeframe.

Delivery Timeframes: Our team works diligently to ensure your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. The delivery timeframe for your order will be calculated at checkout.
